Should scientific research have limits? Ethics and Genetics.
I think that the scientific research hasn't limits, because while there is life there will new materials, new diseases and others discoveries and so, there will be it new researches scientific.
What is the relationship between human rationality and emotion?
In the human rationality you use your head for to do anything, you apply the reason without have consider your feelings, however in the emotion you guides you from your feelings, your emotions, you use your heart.
What is the role of the individual in relationship to society and the family?
That depends if you are a child, an adult or an ancient. For example, my role in relationship to society and the family is study for have a better future, do my homeworks in the school and at home, pay attention and listen to my parents, behave myself in the society and in the family, etc.
What are the consequences of judging by appearences only? That you don't meet the inside of the person, the character and the personality.
If you judge a person only by appearances you will probably have a very different image or not of the people, we usually judge the people only by the appearances and that is very bad. We have to judge the people by the appearances and especially by the character because maybe you thinks that one person has a bad appearance but maybe has a very good character.
Can you explore these dichotomies in the story?
mortality/immortality: Mortality, the people, friend, family of Frankenstein, etc. and Frankenstein that they died due to the monster and immortality, the monster, because it never died due to it speed, it size and because it was stealthy.
hero/villain: Hero, Frankenstein, because he created a monster and then he gave it life and for that he became famous. Villain, the monster, because it killed a lot of people and because he hadn't family.
reason/emotion: Reason, the monster, because it killed people for take revenge and emotion, Frankenstein, because he cried and he was very sad due to the deaths of members of his family and his friend.
individual/family/society: Individual, the monster, because he hadn't family and friends. Family, Frankenstein, because he had a family and society, all the people that they had family or usual people, humans, that they aren't monsters.
happiness/tragedy: Happiness, Frankenstein because at the beginning he had a family and friends, but tragedy when members of his family or his friend died. Tragedy, the monster, because for it the life hadn't meaning without friends and family, and happiness when it thought that it will have a wife.
