HIP'S REPLACEMENT OPERATION

Before, the unique that was realized was to cut the femur's head for after to hammer inside it the replacement (of titanium, ceramic, etc.). Also, it put in the hip (acetabulum) a semicircle to do the rotation or game with the other part of the femur.

It consists to put in the femur's head a plaque that it fits in with this semicircle that it puts in the coccyx without necessity to cut the femur's bone.
