The alimentation

The Spanish diet is probably the most balanced of diets.

On the diet must you give it the importance that it deserve because depend it our health, our frame of mind and the balance on general.

I think that in Spain there is a big variety of products and ways for elaborate them very healthy. On the other hand also we are open to other cultures that contribute us products and new flavors, always that they don't be very processed and they resulte healthy for our organism.

Is important to educate since we are childrens the why of the impacts about a bad alimentation in a futur ( obesity, poor circulation, discomfort ...).
