On Friday, Cuban leader Fidel Castro died at the age of 90, nearly 58 years after he first took power in the Caribbean nation.
The news came from current Cuban president Raúl Castro, who announced his brother’s death on state-run television.
Afterwards he became allies with the Soviet Union, with whom had protection and important economic helps, and he declared his enmity with The United States, that for him it meant the imperialism.
He was losing popularity with the years, because he acted with a fierce discipline and also for the embargo of The United States and the less support of the Soviet Union stifling the population and leading them to ruin.
